How Long Do I Have to Exchange a Product?

We follow a 7-day exchange policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

Can I Exchange a Used Product?

Unfortunately, used products are not eligible for exchange. To qualify, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase

How Can Customers Return Their Products for Exchange?

You can return your product in either of the following ways:

  • By Mail

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping is free.
However, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Item Condition Requirement

All returned items must be in new condition to be eligible for an exchange.
